After Hours Access

Tenants who need after-hours access to the building will need to utilize their individually assigned building access card, which may be used at the north and south main entrance doors. Similarly, the passenger elevators are equipped with card readers inside each cab, requiring use of an access card after normal business hours.

If the individual does not have their access card, the Property Management Office or Security will verify the employee’s authorization by contacting and verifying with the designated Tenant contact person.

Tenants are responsible for the security of their individual suite. Management personnel, including security and cleaning staff are not permitted to open locked doors for any individual after business hours unless authorization is obtained through the designated Tenant contact person and the Property Management Office.

After Hours Deliveries:

The lobby security officer is not permitted to hold or sign for any packages, food deliveries, etc. Please arrange directly with any vendor or courier to meet you outside of the main entry doors to the building at the scheduled delivery time. Alternately if you are expecting an after-hours deliver, please inform the lobby officer with the name and phone number of the individual who will be available to pick-up the delivery when it arrives.
