Deliveries

Routine tenant deliveries are made through the freight elevator on weekdays during business hours. Access to the loading dock outside of normal business hours requires coordination between the tenant contact and the Property Management Office, prior to the delivery. Passenger elevators are to be used only for the movement of people, unless an exception is approved by the Property Management Office.

Loading dock access to vendors is first-come first-served for 30 minute access periods. Any deliveries requiring a longer access window should be coordinated through the Property Management Office at (281) 597-1212.
