Smoking

The City of Houston Ordinance number 86-1311, amending chapters 12, 21, and 28 of the Code of Ordinances, Houston, Texas and the Fire Code of the City of Houston prohibits and makes unlawful the possession of burning tobacco products or smoking tobacco in public places.

In Energy Tower all public areas are considered "No Smoking" areas. This includes all restrooms, elevators, corridors, stairwells, garages and lobbies. Smoking is also prohibited within 25 feet of the building’s entrances.

In addition, the building is a non-smoking building and smoking is not permitted in tenant premises or any other area of the building. Furthermore, Energy Tower prohibits the use of e-cigarettes inside and in all public areas. Please utilize designated smoking area for any e-cigarette use. Thank You.
